Scarlett, 7, is a girl going on 16.  She is full of life and always has a huge smile on her face.  She has overcome many physical challenges and dance has given her a new avenue to share her amazing talent for performing. She lights up the room in rehearsals and on stage in all of her performances. Wings To Fly has taught her that she can dance freely & beautifully despite her everyday challenges, and for that her parents are forever grateful.
